Loop 101 & I-10 Commerceplex II, Tolleson, Arizona
Loop 101 & I-10 Commerceplex II is EJM Development Co.’s 400,000 square foot office/industrial project located in Phoenix, Arizona’s growing Southwest valley. Built in 2007, the project consists of four free standing buildings, which offer dock high and grade level loading, excellent truck maneuverability, and clear heights ranging from 20’ in Building A, 24’ in Building B, and 30’ in Buildings C and D.
Located just south of the Interstate-10 and the Loop 101 freeway interchange, between 104th and 107th avenues, Loop 101 & I-10 Commerceplex II is strategically positioned to offer easy access for distribution to the Phoenix metropolitan area and the Southwest United States. The project is less than 20 miles from Sky Harbor International Airport, and downtown Phoenix.
Loop 101 & I-10 Commerceplex II is complimentary to Phase I of the project, which was completed in 2004 and consists of 222,228 s.f. of office/industrial space in three buildings located just west of the southwest corner of 99th Ave. & Van Buren St.
Loop 101 & I-10 Commerceplex is similar to other successful projects developed by EJM Development Co. in the Phoenix metropolitan area including the 19th & Pinnacle Peak Commerceplex, 75th & I-10 Commerceplex and Coronado Commerceplex II which all offer divisibility from approximately 5,000 to 100,000 s.f., clear heights of 18, 24 and 30 feet, excellent loading and trailer storage availability.
