EJM Development Announces Completion of Phase I of The Arroyo Corporate Center

(Las Vegas) - EJM Development Co. today announced the completion of Phase I of The Arroyo Corporate Center in southwest Las Vegas.  Leasing has begun on the property, which is part of its 450-acre, master-planned business park, The Arroyo.

Phase I of The Arroyo Corporate Center, situated on the south side of the I-215 Beltway between Rainbow Boulevard and Buffalo Drive, comprises two Class A office buildings totaling approximately 125,000 square feet. Each building offers fiber-optic wiring and covered parking.  American International Group, Inc. and Stantec Consulting, Inc. are the development’s first tenants.

Martin Harris Construction served as general contractor and JMA Architecture Studios as the architect of record. Randy Broadhead, Brad Peterson and Darren Lemmon of CB Richard Ellis are the leasing agents for the project. Construction began in May 2007.

When complete, Arroyo Corporate Center will consist of a full range of business location options, with Class A office buildings ranging from two to six stories, and a total of 1 million square feet. The center boasts convenient access and visibility from the I-215 Beltway, close proximity to McCarran International Airport, distinctive signage, abundant parking, lush landscaped green belts, wide streets and extensive tree-lined water features and paths throughout. Adjacent to Arroyo Corporate Center is Arroyo Market Square, a 900,000-square-foot retail power center which includes a wide variety of restaurants and retail stores.
