EJM Development Co. Completes Arroyo Buffalo Plaza
October 10, 2008 (Las Vegas) - EJM Development Co. today announced the completion of the Arroyo Buffalo Plaza, a retail center at the southeast corner of Sunset Road and Buffalo Drive in The Arroyo master-planned business park.
Conveniently located just off I-215 and Buffalo Drive, the plaza contains three retail buildings totaling 25,625 square feet and includes a tavern site, currently under construction with a PT’s Pub, which is due for completion in February 2009. The buildings, at 7,015 square-feet, 7,560 square-feet, and 11,050 square-feet, are divisible to 1,200 square feet. Leasing is currently underway through Kit Graski of Voit Commercial Brokerage.
